Disclosebrief

Terms of the brief

Last updated 2026-10-09. These terms are between you and [[ENTITY NEEDED]], which runs Disclosebrief. Write to [[CONTACT EMAIL NEEDED]].

What one payment buys

One brief for one brand, read from a CSV of up to 50 posts, for $149 in US dollars, taken by Stripe. The brief opens in your browser after payment and can be built up to 5 times from the same CSV under that payment. The free check needs no payment and no account.

What the brief is, and is not

The brief is information and a document: each post read against the quoted text of 16 CFR Part 255 by a rule pack marked DRAFT, which no lawyer has reviewed. It is never advice, it does not create a lawyer and client relationship, and it does not say whether the FTC would bring a case or what anyone ought to do about a post. The dollar figures are arithmetic on a statutory maximum under an assumption the brief prints, and they predict no case.

The engine reads only the text in your CSV. A verdict can be no better than that text: a post supplied without its caption, on-screen text or transcript is read without them, and the brief names each channel it could not read.

Refunds

If a paid brief does not open because of a fault on our side, write to [[CONTACT EMAIL NEEDED]] with the address of the brief page and the payment is refunded in full. A brief that opened and printed what the CSV supported is not refunded because of what it printed.

Limits

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim about a brief is limited to the $149 paid for it. These terms are governed by the law of the place where [[ENTITY NEEDED]] is organised.

Use

Paste only posts you have the right to share with us. Do not use the site to probe, overload or break its functions. The rule text is the FTC's and in the public domain; ensign's engine and this site's code belong to their owner.
